There are a few different ways to apply logos to apparel and promo items.  The look you're trying to achieve, the material being applied to, and the actual logo itself are all determining factors as to which logo to go with on any particular order.

Below is a look at the most popular ways to decorate your apparel & promo items.

Screen Print

A cost effective way to brand you logo, especially when doing large scale production runs. Great option for printing on t-shirts, sweaters, jerseys, etc

Embroidery has withstand the test of time because of its sharp, elegant and classy look. Great for outerwear, sweaters, headwear, etc.

Digital Heat Transfer

Digital Heat Transfers are perfect for those logos with shading, fine details, or multi-coloured. A great alternative to screen printing or embroidery.

Tackle Twill

Most commonly used on sports jerseys, twill is great for making player numbers, names and team crests.

This is where the entire design of the shirt, jersey, or other items is directly infused into the fabric. Everything from the colors of the jersey, the striping, logos, numbers and player names become part of the fabric. After the design is transfered  into the fabric  the fabric panels are sewn together to create the finished garment.

HXD Flex Style

A new and unique form of imprinting. HXD offers both a standard and metallic form with dimensioning option that will make your logo pop off any garment.
